How Easy It To Buy A Bank Owned Property?
Okay, so the banks have foreclosed and want to sell as quickly as possible, right? Well, in theory yes….in reality , it more than likely will take time. How much time depends on many factors so beware. You may want to look elsewhere if you have a set time frame that is in the not too distant future.

Short Sales In Real Estate Not Short At All
I have been working on 3 short sales and 1 bank owned property. I am amazed at the slow process.
The banks, asset management or mortgage companies are so inundated with properties that they are taking months to respond in some cases(most cases). The bank offer took me 2 weeks to even get a counter offer. Amazingly slow and very frustrating!
Anyone looking for a home this way may end up homeless!...
